In 2006 I purchased an investment property in Bayshore and in 2015 I bought a home, here, for myself. A single family ranch style residence, that I live in to this day.

Interior Staging & Redesign
I graduated from FIDM, Los Angeles in design & merchandising in 1983 and worked in both my home town of Los Angeles before moving to New York City for a career in design.
Merchandising is actually the art of putting things on display, that appeals to the senses to trigger buying.
During this time, I put those skills to work in showroom and trade show displays all over the US. I also designed my own collections, which sold to every major retailer in this County, at one time or another!

In Naples, you need a licensed for everything, whether your a professional or not! In 2013 I became certified in Home Staging & Redesign, for the sole purpose of helping sellers.
Formerly, Staging Naples Real Estate, I now work only with those with list with me. I enjoy being creative and helping create beautiful visuals to get property from listed to sold.

Everything depends on size and what is needed to get us from listed to sold. Quick redesign, easy! More in-depth work needs to be performed, lets have that conversation.
I prefer using natural fibers and as organic as possible, our buyers are here to enjoy and embrace the outdoors, so lets bring that inside. Drift wood, linen, canvas with oils to seashells and cottons. Natural just feels more inviting, comfortable and is pleasing to the eye.. Color, well as in fashion, I start (when i can) with a clean palette of nuetrals and layer in color. Colors & trends change, nuetrals do not.
